The original flour 00 Gran Mugnaio Antigrumi, perfect for all cooking uses. Thanks to a constant anti-rumi calibration, it can be used for all kitchen uses, both professional and domestic.

Particularly suitable for pasta, gnocchi and pastry preparations.
This flour has been studied to obtain the best results in the preparation of traditional fresh pasta and in the press. It also manages to optimize the use of kneaders and mechanical drawing machines.

The product does not darken and remains light for longer than normal flours. The sealing results are superior but you work like a normal flour. It has a balanced protein-carbohydrate ratio to ensure a product in cooking of high volume, elastic, translucent and rough to blend better with the sauce.
