To use, start by rolling out your dough about 1/8" thick. Place the dough on top of the dough press. Apply firm but gentle pressure, pushing the mold through the press and shaping the dough. Remove the mold and fill the pockets with whatever filling you desire! Once you fill each space, lightly brush the edges with water as this prevents the product from breaking while boiling. Then place another section of rolled out dough atop the press. Take a rolling pin and roll over the press, sealing the dough pieces together and separating the excess dough! When the ridges around each of the molds are showing, or you see metal starting to show through the dough, you may stop rolling.
