Martini's non-alcoholic Aperitivi begin the same way as their alcoholic drinks. The same quality of wines, herbs, and botanicals are selected by master herbalists and sourced from Italian growers. After they slowly remove the alcohol from the wine, preserving the authentic characteristics, they infuse the flavours of the botanicals, including Artemisia and Bergamot. The result is an Aperitivo that’s bright, zesty, fruity, and modern. Contains less than .5% abv.
