The flours are a little more expensive, but that is often the case with flours adapted for pizzas with a lot of swoosh. Precisely 0102HP is a flour with a high w number and is intended for pizzas with a lot of swoosh. We have tried it sporadically but cannot give a full statement yet. You can simply test.
