Ever since we got Anova's first vacuum machine into the range, everything has felt a little easier. It is small, flexible, quiet, easy to maintain and good. Now it has got an older sibling that is more robust and even better. Wow! This vacuum machine is improved over the small one in that it has a double seal, built-in roll holder, outlet for connecting cans and bottles and is strong and durable in continuous use. The machine can handle over 100 repetitions of suction and sealing before it needs to rest, so the risk is rather that you yourself need to rest before then. In addition, it is equipped with a low-pressure pump, which gives you even more precision in controlling any liquid in the bag. The suction is quiet and gentle and the liquid remains instead of being drawn straight into the machine. The machine is also easy to use with a one-handed grip.
