Ring Fit Trainee is the main character and player of Ring Fit Adventure. They, along with Ring, are on a journey to take down Dragaux. The Ring Fit Trainee resembles a young woman/man with green eyes and orange hair that resembles a flame during workout sessions (with the flame being most intense when the workout is being accurately and intensely implemented.
